Is parking included in the price?
We have two video-monitored car parks with a total capacity of about 25 cars (depending on the size of the cars); short wheelbase vans can also be parked inside.
We have a third private, non-monitored car park, larger than the previous two, in which larger vehicles such as long wheelbase vans or box vans can be parked.

For Subsequent Cancellations: In the event that a cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to arrival, we will be forced to charge for the first night’s stay. This measure is necessary to compensate for the fact that we are unable to offer the room to other guests.

How far is the hotel from the historic centre of Brescia? How can you reach it?
The hotel is about 6 kilometres from the historic centre of Brescia, which can be easily reached by car in 12 minutes, or by bus no. 17, which stops 30 metres from the hotel entrance; in this case, arrival time will be about 25 minutes (with intermediate stops).
Do you offer solutions for people with coeliac disease and gluten intolerance?
Absolutely, by asking our staff when booking, it will be possible to receive individually packaged gluten-free products to avoid contamination.
What time is the room available on the day of arrival and what time should it be left on the day of departure?
We offer the room as soon as it is available: in any case, it is guaranteed by 14:00 on the day of arrival. The room must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. If you wish to extend use beyond this time, you may contact the hotel reception desk, which, once it has checked the availability of the room, may propose that you use the “late check out” service at an additional cost of € 20.00. This entitles you to use the room until 4 p.m. on the day of departure.
