Very early breakfast for workers who start their shifts early in the morning. For those who work at night and return at dawn tired and cold, we offer freshly baked croissants from 5 a.m. and are organised to allow a peaceful rest during daylight hours.
The breakfast buffet
Imagine waking up in a hotel and running down the stairs, drawn by the smell of hot brioche and freshly ground coffee. You sit down and face the buffet like an explorer in search of treasure. You find toast jumping out of the toaster like an acrobat, ready to dive into blackberry jam. Hard-boiled eggs shyly peep out, while the steaming cappuccino is more effective than an alarm clock. Yoghurt and cereal team up to convince you that you are making healthy choices, while a thoughtful waiter offers you fruit juices as if they were magic potions.
